How can I have healthy relationships with the men I work with?
Keep appropriate sexual boundaries.
Proverbs 5

Too many sad women and men could tell you that the "thrill" of adultery only leads to destruction. But a healthy view of marriage contributes to keeping appropriate sexual boundaries. If you believe marriage is a sacred covenant before God between two people, you'll respect the marriage of your colleague as an enduring relationship. Belief in the sanctity of marriage helps you set safe boundaries—such as being wise about having meals out alone with a colleague of the opposite sex or holding private meetings behind closed doors with only one person.

Remember, whenever there is a scandal, the woman is often blamed. That's been the pattern since the Book of Genesis (Genesis 3:12) when Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit. It's still true today. So guard your reputation diligently. Ask God to make you keenly aware of his presence in every relationship and communication so that you exercise great integrity with all coworkers—whether men or women. (See also Esther 4; Romans 12:9-18; Galatians 6:1-10.)

Good Words to Remember:
The ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he ponders all his paths. Proverbs 5:21
