God can handle your strongest emotions.

Why does God give you such a strong longing for a spouse and children, yet not always fulfill it? If you're struggling with disappointment and frustration, you have two choices: You can turn away from God in bitterness, or turn toward him and pour out your heart.
Jeremiah wasn't happy with the task God had given him, and he told God so in the strongest language. He accused God of tricking him, of overpowering him (20:7). He admitted the times he thought of turning his back on God (20:9). He cursed the day he was born (20:14-18). But God didn't rebuke Jeremiah for his feelings, and he won't rebuke you. Go ahead and tell God your frustrations. You can be honest with God.
But never forget that God ultimately is in control. Remember he is "LORD of hosts" (20:12). Trust in God's wisdom and his timing for your life. (See also Daniel 10:2-19; Matthew 18:5.)
Good Words to Remember:
O Lord of hosts, you who test the righteous, and see the mind and heart, let me see your vengeance on them; for I have pleaded my cause before you. Jeremiah 20:12
Today's Challenge:
When's the last time you poured out your heart to God?
