Make every moment count.

Jesus will return—unexpectedly. No matter what you do and no matter where you are, act in such a way that you'd be pleased to have Jesus appear. In this way every minute of your life belongs to God. Your whole day becomes time with God, a continuous worship.
To discover ways to live out this continual contact with God, sift through the portions of your day. As you rise with your family, what thoughtful words can you say to encourage family members for the challenges ahead? As you begin the day's tasks, how can you plan to make the most of every minute? How can you spend lunchtime to bring glory to God—by preparing your Sunday school lesson or befriending someone? With what attitude will you manage the end-of-the-day crazies? How will you close the day with the people you hold dear?
Your life in its entirety belongs to God; make every moment count. (See also Mark 13:32-37; Titus 3:4-7, 14.)
Good Words to Remember:
If we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who sleep in Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 4:14
Today's Challenge:
Are you ready for Jesus' return, or will it take you by surprise?
