God is your strength.

If your job is threatening to overwhelm you, you may be wondering, How can they ask me to do a job I'm not trained for? How am I supposed to work this much overtime? Should I just quit? How can you keep listening for God to speak and watching for him to work when you feel like you can't keep going? It doesn't help to keep asking yourself, Can I go on? Consider the issue settled and the question answered: Yes, I can go on.
Remember, your constant companion here on earth is God, who will help you with difficult relationships and assist you in difficult tasks. Even during doubt and frustration, God can be the strength of your heart. Staying near to the heart of God helps you focus on God's strength and how he equips you for the job.
Even when you're in the middle of columns of figures that don't add up, puzzling personalities that won't blend, or obscure pieces that don't seem to fit together, God can give you a quiet strength you never could have imagined. (See also Deuteronomy 31:1-6; Joshua 1:1-9; Psalm 108; 1 John 3:19-24.)
Good Words to Remember:
My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 73:26
Today's Challenge:
How has God equipped you even for your current work difficulties?
