Resources to Help Serve Families

Parents of the kids who come to our ministries battle a seemingly short countdown to train their children up in the ways they should go. Children's ministry leaders across the country report that parents now look more frequently to us, their church, for advice.

For that reason, we've launched this new Serving Families section of the Today's Children's Ministry. We'll post articles on a variety of parent and children's ministry-parent topics.

We've also created some topic-specific downloads in collaboration with Christianity Today International's ChristianParentingTodayStore.com. Each download covers a specific theme or parenting topic and contains a collection of articles offering practical help to parents.

These easy-to-use downloadable guides provide Children's Ministry Leaders a simple tool they can use to engage, encourage, and equip parents in your church. Simply select a topical resource guide, download it, and make up to 1,000 copies, then distribute it to moms and dads.

Let's face it, being a parent isn't easy. Children's Ministries will provide valuable assistance when we help equip parents to do what they've been called to do in ways that honor God.
