Sleepy Heads
Why sleep might be the key to a teen's school success
from the editors

Teenagers and sleep. They go together like, well, like teenagers and food. But a recent study from the University of Chicago suggests that sleep can actually strengthen your teenager's brain power. Students in the study were asked to take a test at various times of the day. Those students who practiced for the test in the evening, then took the test the next morning after a good night's sleep, had the highest test scores of the group. So let your teenager get a few extra zzz's. It could be the smartest move he makes.
