Jeri gives the rest of us very little credit for having brains. Abortion is one moral issue. So are poverty, limited access to good health care, human trafficing, racism. I and many other believers base our vote on what a candidate may do to solve all of these problems. The media does not influence my position. And maybe, just maybe--if I vote for a candidate committed to justice for the poor and ensuring women get adequate prenatal care and have the resources and parenting skills necessary to raise a child, then the abortion problem will take care of itself.

It appears that the media's relentless support and promotion of unrestricted access to abortion is succeeding. Very, very sad, especially when one considers how many barren couples long to adopt.
