MichelleW Posted: It is your thinking that would gays and lesbians (Jesus loved the outsiders) rounded up and killed. And don't deny that, David, or you're being dishonest..... Michelle.... First you pretend to read my mind and then you caution me not to question your clairvoyance as I would be dishonest by so doing... And you question my sanity.... Jesus did love the outsiders... However, he called upon them to repent... I have no problem with associating with outsiders... I do draw the line at giving my consent to those who are in willful violation of biblical directives and remain unrepentant.. Like Paul said... 1Corinthians 5:11 What I meant was that you are not to associate with anyone who claims to be a Christian yet indulges in sexual sin, or is greedy, or worships idols, or is abusive, or a drunkard, or a swindler. Don't even eat with such people.

David Hardy, whoever you are, it is your picking-and-choosing particular Bible verses to condemn homosexuals that causes me to concern about your sanity. Get a life already! If you want to study your Bible and take EVERYTHING in it literally, then do that and get back to the rest of us that live on planet Earth. It is your thinking that would gays and lesbians (Jesus loved the outsiders) rounded up and killed. And don't deny that, David, or you're being dishonest. My preacher father taught me that you can't rationalize with an irrational person; perhaps I should take his advice!

MichelleW Posted: David Hardy, shame on you. You KNOW that homosexuals do NOT enjoy the same constitutional rights as heterosexuals. Your use of polygamy and bestiality as metaphors shows your ignorance.... Michelle... Quite simply... I am not ashamed... Yes they do and no, it does not... The Bible condemns the practice of homosexuality, in no uncertain terms... It is not love to lie to someone regarding that fact. Nor is it love to enable them to continue down the path of destruction. And it is not being true to God by scratching people's ears... 2Timothy 4:2 Preach the word of God. Be persistent, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching. 2Timothy 4:3 For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to right teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever they want to hear. 2Timothy 4:4 They will reject the truth and follow strange myths.
