It is unusual for me in Eastern Europe to see a human being so fat. I cannot understand if a Christian cannot moderate in anything, eating, drinking etc. which are otherwise natural if we use them and not misuse them."Self-control" is the fruit of Spirit, (Gal.5,23)— But according my personal experience, all the fat people in th concentration camp and prison with work all prisoners could keep their normal human shape. Go to a mission there and eat and drink the same, you will see it. You he would be so slim and elegant without any sophisticated procedure.

As a person who has just lost 110 lbs and working on the next 60. My age is 64 I am happy for Ruby's desire to lose wight, and I will pray that the same God that heals the blind and makes the deaf hear will be the number one source for the strength needed for Ruby's weight loss.
