Since I became an uncle, I've come to regard the makers of Thomas and Friends and Cars as business geniuses. They know a captive market when they see one. I've seen firsthand the very powerful draw that ...
I loved this movie! Its a must see, for everyone! Buck was hilarious, and i think he's now my number one pixar charectar.

Having thoroughly enjoyed the original, we went with great anticipation and were very disappointed. The plot line didn't have the direction and consistency of the original and the "vague sexual references" seemed grossly put of place and forced.

the movie was so exciting that my friends and i were practically laughing throughout the entire movie. One of my friends is like Buck and whenever he appears on screen, we will just start bursting out in laughter. This is definitly a MUST WATCH film.

Enjoyed the movie more than I thught was possible! I only went for old time's sake, and because friends had told me that there as "a character very close to my heart" in the film. Buck turned out to be completely insane - perfect! Just like me in every way (and no, I'm not being sarcastic, I am INSANE). Buck was the best part of the movie, and me and my friend Annabel couldn't stop laughing at "POP GOES THE WEASEL!" and "I don't know. I don't speak wind." Absolutly hilarious.

Much more fun than I expected. I quite enjoyed the movie with my three 9 yr. olds who laughed all the way through it. The plot does is a bit "Moby Dick/Jaws meet in At the Earths Core" for kids. Even the villainous dinosaur they track is white (like the whale or shark). The tempo and mood of the movie are fun and it does seem to underscore family values in its appreciation for having children, naturally or adopted --children and family portrayed as something positive, to be desired).

Thanks for the reminder about all the things that don't quite make sense in the movie...I must say the animation mesmerized me to oblivion. For me, the highlight of the story is Buck. The sense of being carefree, and always looking for adventure, for a challenge which in this case is Rudy. I wish I can live this way - even when there are risks and dangers. Does having faith in God count?
