"At the moment what you're seeing is literally sort of emergency provision: water, food, stock food items, healthcare," said Ann Birch. "At World Vision, we are able to provide what we call non-food items. For example, we're planning very shortly to provide people with mosquito nets and small ovens that they can cook with."
