Mariam Yaya, 60, fled with her grandchildren after bombs hit her neighbor's home in N'Djamena. The family has spent over a week in the Madana refugee camp in Cameroon. "You cannot believe how the gunshots have affected my 3-year-old granddaughter, Noora," she said. "I want to be sure that she recovers from the trauma before going back to N'Djamena."
