What do people do in Madana? Options, especially for adults, are limited, Birch said. While the children find ways to entertain themselves, often by playing with tires, the adults seem to spend most of their time talking with each other. "We've seen people with their Bibles. I guess they're reading that. And the women are talking among themselves. So I think that's what they're doing, really. There's not much entertainment there, that's obvious."
