Sheep on Tara
The Hill of Tara is significant in Irish history for having been a seat of power. According to tradition, dozens of kings reigned here, where Patrick is said to have confronted pagan ritual. Now there are only a few remaining monuments, the impressions of earlier structures, and wandering sheep.
