It's a good time to be a prosperity preaching Protestant in the traditionally Catholic nation, with one leading celebrity pastor (Edir Macedo of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God) boasting a net worth of $1 billion US. But not everyone is pleased at this version of divine "blessing."

A petition being circulated asks the White House to investigate Macedo, asking for a "probe" into his financial practices.
