"There is no sense in being real if you don't speak truth." This is the crux as to why so many pastors today are failing. They are missing one or the other. They may speak truth, but they are not real. Or, on the other hand, they may be real, but not speaking the truth. There is no greater force for change than a leader who is speaks truth from the platform of authenticity.
