Meet The Editors

Marshall Shelley is editor-in-chief of Leadership Journal and an editorial vice-president of Christianity Today. Marshall joined Leadership Journal after developing his journalistic skills at David C. Cook Publishing Co. and The Denver Post, and after serving on pastoral staffs in his hometown of Denver, Colorado. He and his wife, Susan (a pastoral staff member at Parkview Community Church in Glen Ellyn, Illinois), have five children and one grandchild. Marshall enjoys racquetball, tennis, fantasy football, and traveling to historic sites.



Drew Dyck is the managing editor of Leadership Journal and a contributing editor to BuildingChurchLeaders.com. Drew is the author of Generation Ex-Christian (Moody) and holds an M.A. in theology from Fuller Seminary. He and his wife, Grace, live in Carol Stream, Illinois, attend Jericho Road church, and are new parents.






Skye Jethani is senior editor of Leadership Journal. Before coming to Leadership, Skye served Blanchard Alliance Church in Wheaton, Illinois, as a teaching pastor. Skye attended Miami University in Ohio, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. He lives in Wheaton with his wife, Amanda, and their three children. He is author of The Divine Commodity (Zondervan) and With (Thomas Nelson). Skye has a deep love of history and the comparative study of world religions.
