In the presidential election, Republicans learned the hard way: failure to connect with minorities is costly. Now the church seems to be taking that lesson to heart. Several Christian organizations are making efforts to understand and reach Hispanics. Barna group announced a new Hispanic research division and published findings from their report on the demographic.

The Religion News Service ran an article on "why white Christian voters no longer hold the keys to the White House." And Out of Ur posed the question, "Is the Religious Right Over?"
