Four men are suing a Jewish counseling organization (JONAH) for fraud. The men claim they underwent humiliating therapy to "cure" them of being gay. Read more on the case: CNN.com and CBSNews.com.

Meanwhile, California's controversial ban on "reparative therapy" faced a key legal test on Friday.

This past summer Exodus International changed its stance on reparative therapy. Exodus President, Alan Chambers' explanation of the shift sparked charges of antinomianism.
