Trend Watch

Perspective on the buzz

A new survey from Rasmussen Reports suggests that Americans feel "very" connected to their local church or religious group. 54% of responders indicated that they feel "somewhat connected" to such bodies, with 34% describing themselves as "very connected."

The nearest contender for the top slot was far behind. Local charities/recreational groups only pulled in 12% of the "very connected" opinion.
