New York just took top honors in a list of America's Top 10 "saintliest" cities. The Big Apple is used to superlatives, but not necessarily of the spiritual kind.

Besides New York, the South west dominated the list, with 6 top 10 cities from California, 2 from Arizona, and lonely Colorado Springs rounding out the list.

Failing the "saintliness" test, here's a breakdown of the "five most sinful cities" in America.

All results were based on per capita stats related to the traditional 7 Deadly Sins. For example, strip clubs per capita influenced the "Lust" ranking, plastic surgeons influenced "Pride," etc.
