Some smells are so appealing: the aroma of coffee and bacon in the morning; the scent of a freshly cut Christmas tree; the fragrance of flowers arranged on the kitchen table.
There's another kind of "fragrance" meant to permeate the life of a Christian, according to [today's Key Bible Verse]. It's the fragrance of the knowledge of Christand that aroma is spread by each of us. It's meant to permeate all we do so that our neighbors might be attracted, through us, to Him.
A Mercedes Benz TV commercial showed the car having a collision with a cement wall during a safety test. The automobile is seriously damaged, but the passengers (who are dummies, of course) are well protected.
Someone then asks the company spokesman why Mercedes doesn't enforce its patent on the Mercedes Benz energy-absorbing car bodyfor the successful, life-saving innovation has been adopted by the automobile manufacturer's competitors.
The spokesman replies matter-of-factly, "Because some things in life are too important not to share."
