When the image of a Playboy Playmate is staring you down or forbidden Web pages seem to be calling your name, renew your mind with these words:
That woman doesn't even know I exist. She doesn't care one cent about my well-being. In fact, all her designs for me are selfish and destructive. She'll love me and leave me, using me like a filthy rag. Why should I give her that power? I will not choose her charade over the commitment of love I know and cherish from my heavenly Father. The Savior gave His life to give me life so that I might be fulfilled and exhilarated with His love, not hers.
One porn site operator spoke truthfully about the industry when she said, "Porn comes down to this: we women are exploiting men's weaknesses. You're handing me your credit card. I'm not a victim. I'm exploiting you." With this in mind, each of us has a choice to make. Do I prefer the exhilaration of the love of God or the exploitation of a pornographer who wants to destroy my life?
