When trying to create a fun Easter egg hunt for children of various ages, it helps to color-code eggs for different age groups. For example, use blue and green eggs for older children and pink and yellow eggs for younger ones. This way you can base the difficulty in finding the eggs on the age of the children. If you are celebrating with extended family or friends, it's also fun to hide some eggs just for the adults with prizes such as coupons for free babysitting or free coffee from a local coffee shop.
