Eligibility: Entrant must be at least thirteen (13) years of age as of July 14, 2009, and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor and MVD Entertainment Group (the "Prize Supplier"), their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, agents or the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) and household members of each such employees are NOT eligible. Subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on July 7, 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on July 14, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received prior to or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter: Online only, by completely filling out the Entry Form below, and then clicking "submit." All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (Central Time) on July 14, 2009. Individuals may enter this sweepstakes only once. More than one entry from any person will void all entries from that person.

Drawing: On or about July 15, 2009, Sponsors will select five winners in a random drawing from among all entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

Prizes and Tax Information: Five winners will each receive 1 DVD copy of Bob Dylan 1978-1989: Both Ends of the Rainbow (approx. retail value $22). No substitution, transfer or assignment of prize permitted, except at Sponsors' sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner or winner's parent or legal guardian.

Use of Entrant's Contact Information: Any contact information collected from Sweepstakes Entrants, including those Entrants under the age of eighteen (18), will be used by Sponsors only for the purpose of Prize Notification to Potential Winners, tax purposes and delivery of any prize. This information will not be shared with a third party for any reason.

Miscellaneous: If, in Sponsor's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, any violation of these Official Rules, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes or none of them, using all entries received as of the End Date. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes may be unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors or its agents. Failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, provision.

Release: By participation in the Sweepstakes and receipt of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Prize Provider and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any cause of action, claims, demands, damages, losses or liabilities or any nature whatsoever including, but not limited to, any harm or less of any nature whatsoever, caused by, contributed to, arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, the winning or receipt or use of any prize and each winner, or each winner's parent and/or legal guardian, assumes all liabilities for the same.

Limitations of Liability: Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor does not assume responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, illegible, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, lost, multiple, mutilated, postage-due, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
