Nichole Nordeman Nichole Nordeman, Bunny Snuggler

interview by Michael Herman

Nichole Nordeman is an extremely thoughtful Christian music artist. She takes time to think through what she wants to say and always gives answers she's sure about. Here's some information about Nichole you've probably never read anywhere else. For example, learn what job she'd like to do for a day, where she'd spend a two-week vacation, and more. Oh, and if anyone has a rabbit that can snuggle, please contact Nichole immediately.

What three words describe you best?
Introverted, thoughtful, and deliberate.

What motivates you?
Expectations, my own and others' (both good and bad).

What's one thing in life you've overcome?
Learning to know who I am.

What band or artist would you like to receive more attention/exposure?
Kendall Payne (see: www.kendallpayne.com).

What's something in the past month you'd like to do over?
My move to Dallas. I would have done my good-byes much better, and would have taken more time doing them.

What's something you do that your friends would say is "odd"? I'm a button-pusher, so I'm always ready for a debate.

What are some of your nicknames?
Nick and Neechie (my Dad calls me that).

What clubs or activities were you involved with in high school or college?
Various music groups and drama.

What job would you like to do for a day?
I'd be a chef.

If you opened a restaurant, what would it be like?
It would be small, intimate, with a lot of candles. We would serve Italian food, and it would be a family restaurant where everyone knows each other (customers and staff).

What's something you think you should do better?
I should be better at keeping in touch with the people I love.

What animal, other than a dog or cat, would make a fun pet?
A rabbit that could snuggle.

If you were on the show Survivor, what would your luxury item be?
Music—it would be difficult to go without it for that long of a time.

What words or phrases do you most overuse?
"All that to say … "

If you were given a two-week vacation anywhere in the world, where would you choose to go?
I'd go anywhere with a great beach.

You would get butterflies in your stomach from meeting what person?
Amy Grant
