Left Behind: The Movie Soundtrack

Bryan Duncan
"My main reason for being a part in this movie project is that I have seen first hand how the book series has impacted some long time friends to pursue a relationship with God, who have not been moved by anything spiritually in the last ten years."

Michael W. Smith
"Left Behind has brought understanding and clarity to Revelation, a book of the Bible usually seen as confusing and dark. The theme of "God loves you" continues throughout the series, which is the most important message we can tell someone. I chose 'Never Been Unloved' to be on this soundtrack because it is important for people to know that even if they think they have been unworthy, unwilling, or anything else, they have never been unloved. I think this project continues the hope, encouragement and compassion found in the series."

Joy Williams
"I've had the privilege of reading the Left Behind series, which has been a dynamic force in the lives of millions of people. With the turning of each page, I was not only entertained but inspired. Having Left Behind brought to the silver screen is so exciting, so naturally I was thrilled when I was asked to be a part of the soundtrack. 'I Believe In You' is a depiction of the amazing power and grace of the Lord, and the unyielding faith that comes from believing in just such an awesome God. I believe these two projects will provide another outlet for the Left Behind story to touch lives."

Avalon
"We are very pleased to be associated with a motion picture and soundtrack that portrays the truth in a genre that often does not glorify the Lord. It will be exciting to see how God works through this project."

Jake
"Being able to portray security guards in the actual film, and having our song, 'Believer' on the soundtrack as Buck's song, were two amazing events in themselves. Being involved in singing part of 'Midnight Cry' alongside so many artists involved in the project was an amazing honor we never dreamed of having."

Rebecca St. James
"It was an absolute thrill to be involved in the making of Left Behind, both the movie and soundtrack. I am quite a dramatic person, so to hand Kirk Cameron a clipboard as a "media assistant" was incredible to me. 'Come Quickly Lord' is a song about Jesus' return and it expresses my longing and desire for Him to come soon. The scene of Left Behind could happen tomorrow. People could be raptured and just disappear as the movie talks about. I feel this sense of urgency which inspired the song, 'Come Quickly Lord' for the soundtrack."

Bob Carlisle
"When the soundtrack for Left Behind was being formed, the creators chose to use this song, and have subtitled it 'Rayford's Song.' For those who have read the book, Rayford is the first of the main characters we're introduced to—and he isn't exactly on the straight and narrow when we meet him, moments before he becomes one of those who are left behind. In his life, he made some poor choices, but in the end, God stands by Rayford, and Rayford stands by God, as one of the most passionate, dedicated and heroic believers in the book. God never went away, despite what Rayford did—maybe because He knew what Rayford was really capable of."

Kathy Troccoli
"In a time when living by the absolute truth is considered intolerant and unloving, it's important that we continue to put a stake in the ground and proclaim that we will 'Live For the Lord' and stand by His standards of holiness."

V*enna
"Left Behind is such a phenomenal book series and we are SO excited to see it coming to the big screen! We hope that the wider audience that this film will attract may be challenged to fully realize the reality of Jesus and the awesome impact He can make in their lives."

Clay Crosse
"Peace amidst the coming hysteria. Is that possible? I believe so. Through my song 'No Fear', I want to convey the message that God's people will be taken care of even as this world implodes during the end times. I pray that my song , as well as the movie and soundtrack will shake people up and turn them to God!"

Peter LaLonde (Producer)
"I think this movie gives us an opportunity to bring the story message and the message of hope that is within the gospel to millions of people. I really encourage folks who've enjoyed these books to take the time to grab a friend or family member, who hasn't read the series, and go see this film on the big screen. In two hours, moviegoers will enjoy a great story and I think they will leave with something else that will linger in their mind for a little bit longer."

Chelsea Noble
"I was reading the first book in the series, Left Behind and kept thinking to myself, 'this has got to be made into a movie'. I told Kirk about it and how I would love to play the part of Hattie. A week later Kirk and I were offered the roles of Buck and Hattie. It was an awesome experience. Everyone involved put their whole hearts and talents into making this a quality film. I believe the exciting story and honest characters will cause people to search their hearts and examine their faith in a new way."

Kirk Cameron
"Most people remember me from the Growing Pains, but playing 'Buck Williams' was, for me, the most memorable character I've ever played. Not unlike myself, Buck's professional career led him to the startling realization that fame and prestige cannot compare with the awesome experience of knowing God. I will be forever thankful to have worked with such dedicated people and for the amazing experience of being part of Left Behind: The Movie."
