Luis Palau is a world evangelist and author. He has shared the good news of Jesus Christ with more than 1 billion people through evangelistic events and media. He has spoken in person to more than 25 million people in 72 countries with close to 1 million registered decisions for Jesus Christ. His radio broadcasts in both English and Spanish are heard by millions more on over 2600 radio stations in 42 countries.
Palau, president of Luis Palau Evangelistic Association, has authored close to 50 books and countless articles on issues of faith, and has counseled with business and political leaders and heads of state around the world. Luis Palau festivals have produced some of the largest audiences ever recorded in cities from south Florida to South America. His ministry also includes the Next Generation Alliance, created to grow and nurture partner evangelists, and Livin It Productions, which uses action sports, film and video to reach young people for Christ.

Rick Richardson is an associate professor at Wheaton College and the director of the Masters in Evangelism and Leadership degree. Richardson is also an associate evangelist and former national coordinator for evangelism with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He has been in campus ministry for 20 years, and regularly speaks and ministers as an evangelist on campuses across the country. Rick is also an ordained Anglican priest, and served for three years as pastor of evangelism and small groups for Church of the Resurrection in Wheaton, Illinois. He consults widely with churches on evangelism and healing for the emerging generation.
Richardsons latest book, Reimagining Evangelism (IVP) has been turned into a DVD based curriculum. He seeks to bring together his passions for evangelism, prayer and racial reconciliation in order to cast vision and equip an emerging postmodern generation in ministry for the sake of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Rick also enjoys fly fishing, tennis, hiking in the Colorado Mountains, and reading fantasy literature. His secret ambition is to write a science fiction/fantasy novel.
Jerry Root is the associate director at the Institute for Strategic Evangelism at the Billy Graham Center at Wheaton College, where he also teaches in the Christian Formation and Ministry Department and in the Evangelism and Leadership MA program. Root is also a visiting professor at Talbot Graduate School of Theology and Biola University.
He graduated from Whittier College and Talbot Graduate School of Theology at Biola University and received his Ph.D. from the Open University. He wrote C. S. Lewis and a Problem of Evil: an Investigation of a Pervasive Theme (Pickwick), and is the co-editor, with Wayne Martindale, of The Quotable C. S. Lewis (Tyndale). Root has published numerous articles about Lewis, evangelism and discipleship, and spiritual formation. He and his wife, Claudia, have four grown children, all of whom are married.
James Choung is divisional director of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in San Diego, and is a faculty associate at Bethel Seminary San Diego on missional leadership development and evangelism. He has also written True Story: A Christianity Worth Believing In and its companion booklet, Based on a True Story (both InterVarsity Press, 2008).
James wrote his D. Min. dissertation on postmodern leadership development at Fuller Theological Seminary, received his M. Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and studied management science and marketing at MIT. He has also served on the pastoral staff of an urban church plant and at a megachurch in Seoul, Korea. He likes to travel with his wife, tease his son, play board games with his buddies, hit some jazzy chords on the keys, and swing a racket in hopes of playing something like tennis. Brenda Salter McNeil is a preacher, evangelist and thought-leader in the field of racial reconciliation. McNeil is the president and founder of Salter McNeil & Associates, a Christian company that partners with organizations to transform them into reconciling communities. McNeil earned her Bachelors degree from Rutgers University, a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, a Doctorate of Ministry from formerly named Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary (now Palmer Theological Seminary) and a Doctor of Humane Letters from North Park University, where she is a Scholar in Residence. Her latest book is A Credible Witness: Reflections on Power, Evangelism and Race (IV Press). Through her speaking, teaching and writing, Dr. Salter McNeil aims to unite, transform and bring healing to people from every tribe and every nation. McNeil and husband, J. Derek McNeil, have two children.
Steve Sjogren is a veteran in the field of leading growing churches. After being a part of launching five churches he has begun to focus his energy on coaching others who are committed to outward-focused living. As a writer Sjogren is known for his ability to use technology to its greatest advantage while still maintaining his core message of Go and serve somebody to bring God's kingdom. Sjogren is author of many books including the best-selling Conspiracy of Kindness (Regal).
Lon Allison is a Christian communicator, evangelist, professor, pastor and performing artist. He has served as a youth minister, pastor of three churches, a denominational and parachurch leader, and as a guest speaker at churches and conferences all over the world for the last 30 years. He has served as director of the Billy Graham Center at Wheaton College for the last 9 years. He is also associate professor of Evangelism and Leadership at Wheaton College Graduate School. Lon has published two books: Going Public with the Gospel (IVP) and a biography of John R. Mott, That the World May Believe (Evangelism and Missions Information Service).
Allison is a mountain climber, marathon runner and weight lifter, and has fun boating with his family. He also loves to ride his Honda American Classic motorcycle, while singing songs from the 1960s and 1970s. Lon lives with his wife, Marie, and children Tara, Courtney and Eric in West Chicago, Illinois.
Gerard Long is the executive director of Alpha USA, an organization with a mission to serve the local church by presenting the gospel through the Alpha course.
Following a dramatic encounter with God in 1980, Gerard Long has lived with a burning ambition to obey Jesus and introduce others to him.
Long has lived in the UK and the US. In 2006 he retired from a successful 30-year banking career to join Alpha fulltime. He has witnessed many incredible conversions to Christ while leading over 50 Alpha courses in his home, church, clubs, the workplace and a jail. Alpha is run in over 164 countries and more than 12 million people have gone through the course across all the major denominations.
Gerard lives with his beautiful wife Jeannie in Lake Forest, IL. His daughter Rebecca also works for Alpha USA and his son Ben works in the City of London, UK. To relax, he enjoys golf, skiing, tennis and gardening.
Jim Henderson is the executive director of Off the Map (OTM), a non profit organization that is reinventing evangelism, fostering the spirituality of serving, and exploring new ways of following Jesus. OTM presents stories, ideas and related practices through live events, websites, published multimedia and a monthly e-zine called Idealab.
Henderson is the content guy behind Off The Map. The ideas and concepts for OTM come from Jims life experiences as a pastor, a husband, a father and someone who just has the knack for seeing things through other peoples eyes. He spends a large amount of his time investing in people and helping them to realize their potential. Henderson is the author of Jim and Casper Go to Church (Barna Books) and Evangelism Without Additives (Random House).
T.V. Thomas is the director of the Centre for Evangelism & World Mission. Thomas was born in Malacca, Malaysia. He attended Madras and Nagpur Universities in India. He received his B.A. and B.Sc. at Nagpur where he served with Asia Youth for Christ and Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship.
Sensing the call of God on his life for full-time ministry, Thomas came to North America for theological training in 1971 and completed his doctoral studies in 1978. He has served as a licensed evangelist of the Christian & Missionary Alliance since 1974 and was ordained in 1977. In 1984 he was appointed to the Murray W. Downey Chair of Evangelism at Canadian Bible College and Canadian Theological Seminary in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thomas also travels widely to speak at camps, churches, colleges, seminaries, retreats, seminars, and conferences. He lives in Regina, Saskatchewan with his wife Mary, and children Victor, Molly and Melanie.
