David Kinnaman uses data to awaken leaders to the reality that the world is changing. The church must think prophetically and with a future-focus in order to oraganize ministry. The main transition that has occurred in the last 50 years is that the idea of young-adulthood is being redefined. Kinnaman suggests that most young adults are finding their family and church in the workplace. Work is becoming the place where young adults are now interpreting what it means to live a full life of meaning.
