Dave is pastor of the Newsong global alliance of churches and a creative futurist, activist, and strategist. He is the founder of Xealots, a group aimed at helping "creatives, entrepreneurs, activists, innovators, and artists discover their destiny and equip them to live it out."

He is the author of The Monkey and the Fish and Xealots.
