Mariners Church Connects with God's Family and Reaches Thousands

Kenton Beeshore of Mariners Church in Newport Beach, California, has been making huge strides in connecting his entire congregation in community. Like most churches, Kenton and his staff had 20-25 % of his average adult attendance active in small groups.

Then this last spring, using the "Connecting with God's Family" study guide and teaching DVD, Mariners Church connected over 5,000 adults with this six-week series.

They recruited over 500 hosts to help make this happen and developed a group of Coaches to supervise these new groups. Using the training included on their DVD helped to make this happen and provided a "just in time" model for training their leaders.
