Burning Question:
We've got a booming youth ministry at our church and would like to make small groups a part of that. One concern I have is finding enough adults to lead the groups. Is it necessary for an adult to lead each group?
I believe adults should be deeply connected to students in a youth ministry setting and small groups can facilitate this relationship. But, I also believe in the power of peer-led small groups. So, to answer your question, what I'd say is simply this: If you have adults use them. If you don't, rely on students and look for caring adults.
May God bless your endeavors!
