How do I launch a small group ministry in a traditional or Sunday school-focused church?
Do a church-wide launch, like a capital campaign. Involve everyone, from toddlers to adults, in a spiritual growth campaign.
Or you can begin by creating a small group feel to your Sunday school classes. For instance, try sitting at round tables, and have one person at each table facilitate the questions. Have all Bible classes study the same curriculum together. By sharing answers to questions in a more intimate group, people at each table will naturally become a small group.
