Tongue Twisters (answers):
- Moses (Exod. 4:10), amazingly enough.
- Zechariah, the aged father of John the Baptist (Luke 1). He was made mute until John was born.
- The upper room in Jerusalem, on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2).
- Jesus, of course (Mark 7:33).
- The tower of Babel (Gen. 11). Until that time, all people had spoken the same language.
- James (1:26), a letter that has a lot to say about controlling the tongue.
- The parable of the rich man and Lazarus the beggar (Luke 16:24).
- Proverbs (10:20), which, like the Letter of James, has much to say about the good and bad uses of the tongue.
- A serpent's (Ps. 140:3).
- Healing (Prov. 12:18).
Bonus Puzzler: Corinthians, with the apostle Paul's lengthy discussion of the issue of speaking in tongues (chapters 12-14).
