Anne Jones- Thank you for your sharing, and may God bless you in your efforts. Truly, lasting change can only come from the heart- but if "God is love" (1 John 4: 16), all acts of love/lovingkindness will help. Buddhists believe that the heart of reality is compassion; according to Hinduism Today [http://www.hinduismtoday.com/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=3106], Hinduism is a religion of love and nonviolence. Prayerfully, all can unite in love to help stop these violent acts.
