Webinar on Making the Most of VBS

Children’s ministry veteran David Staal will share his insights.

Leadership Journal May 20, 2010

With summer right around the corner, you’re probably gearing up for Vacation Bible School. Taking place on May 25 at 10:00 AM (Central), this webinar from sister site TodaysChildrensMinistry.com features crucial insights from children’s ministry veteran David Staal.

Obviously, VBS is an important part of church outreach, a time when many kids make that crucial, first-time commitment to Christ. Author of Leading Kids to Jesus, David wants to help you make the most of this year’s evangelistic opportunities. We know your ministry is filled with children at different points in their spiritual journey. Each of them shares a common trait: the need to hear the gospel and personally understand what following Christ means.

Effective communication plays a big role in relaying the gospel message to children, and so does personal preparation. This session is filled with practical coaching and interactive exercises. It provides training for you and your team to help kids enter into a relationship with Jesus, one at a time. To fully participate, it will be helpful to have at least two ministry leaders experience the webinar. Sign up today!
