What is lament, and how do we do it?

Seasons of questioning and even grief are common to all Christians. Aubrey invites us to look to the book of Lamentations to remind us that even in the most uncertain and painful times, God is faithful.

Lament is a Scriptural model that we can use when we want to talk to God about hard questions in our lives. Aubrey shares three words that can help us: how, yet, and with. These three words are a guiding framework for how we can talk to God in times of difficulty. Watch this video to learn more about coping with hardship and trusting God despite your circumstances.
