This month, Netflix released Neil DeGrasse Tyson’s documentary series Cosmos: A SpaceTime Odyssey following its popular primetime run this summer. “This program is a challenge to those who think we already know enough and who turn their backs on science,” writes The New York Times’ Neil Genzlinger. The creators of Emmy award-winning web series The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, a modern take on Pride and Prejudice, are expanding their remake repertoire with Frankenstein, M.D., a semi-educational web show hosted by soon-to-be real doctor Victoria Frankenstein. New episodes air Tuesdays and Fridays on the PBS Digital Studios YouTube channel, and you can read an early review of the series here.
