Saturday is for Seminars: Nashville, Gordon-Conwell, Boston, & Lewistown, ME

Here are some upcoming conferences for pastors and leaders. Join us-- or join praying for us!

First, on November 2, 2012, I will be speaking at the PLNTD Conference on "Missional Leadership" in Nashville, TN. If you are anywhere nearby, it is worth attending. My friend Trevin Wax, theological wonderboy, will also be teaching, so even if you find me dull, you can count on him.

Second, the week after I am going on a New Englad tour of sorts. On November 7, 2012 I will be speaking at the Ockenga Insitute at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA. My focus will be on church revitalization.

During that trip, I will then head down the road a bit on November 9, 2012 to the Baptist Convention of New England Annual Meeting in Marlborough, MA. Everyone is welcome, though many Baptists will abound! ;-) I will preach twice on evangelism and mission.

Finally, before headed back, I will preach on November 11, 2012 at the Pathway Vineyard in Lewistown, ME (and in two other locations). Phil Shrout, new president of The Vineyard Association of Churches, founded the church (and was gracious enough to have me come). I look forward to meeting the new leadership in their multiple locations.

By the way, three out of four Sundays, I am preaching at my home church,Grace Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee, where I serve as Lead Pastor. One Sunday out of four, I have the opportunity to preach at a friend's church.

Donna is going with me to New England and the kids are off with my parents, so that makes it even more awesome!

Hope to see you in Nashville and New England: pray we make much of Jesus!
