This coming week, I will be at events in Atlanta, GA and West Palm Beach, FL, and you can read more about those events here.
The second week of February, I am going to be spending some time in Orlando, Florida with a few different groups, but in several different venues, two of which are open to the public. I thought I'd share them with you, solicit your prayer, and invite you a along to a few of them.
February 10—MNA Church Planting Training, Presbyterian Church in America. Orlando, FL
I'l be doing a session with my PCA friends at their church planting training. They do a great job in their "boot camp" like atmosphere, and I am glad to drop my and do a session while I am in town. It's a closed meeting, but take a look at how the structure the week. It's a good model for groups that want to stengthen their church planting training.
February 11—Clergy Day, Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida. Orlando, FL
On Thursday, I will be meeting with the clergy leadership of the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida in the clergy day. This is a meeting for pastors in the diocese, and not open to the public, but I'd appreciate your prayers.
It's not a secret that the Episcopal Church has been in the midst of some challenging times. (Bishop Greg Brewer reflects on that in his letter following recent events.) So, my hope is to encourage some of these leaders during our day together.
