The church is a mess. We cannot deny the many problems plaguing the Christian community in our day. Responding to the failings of the church, some desire to win credibility in the culture by seeking justice and renewal for our broken world. But in the process, says Chris Seay, we are tempted to abandon Jesus. Our culture wants the marks of his kingdom, but they don't want the King.
