Leaders are the ones who are already contributing.

We scan the church to see who God is raising to new levels of leadership. We provide ministry opportunities that match people's gifts.

Established leaders train new people who join their teams. When talking to members we watch for signs that God has gifted someone beyond their current leadership role. Then we meet with them and explore the possibility of bringing them into more extensive areas of leadership.
