Sharing from experience, Tom Nelson offers some philosophical and practical advice for pastors and church leadership who are trying to develop a more integrated theology of faith and work. He recommends building a robust theology of Genesis 1 to Revelation 22; cultivating a liturgical regularity that affirms work; and reframing pastoral vocational practice to applaud work. He also suggests practical ways to incorporate a theology of "Work Matters" into church services, ministries, and activities.
