On with the linkage &#8230;<\/p>\n\t\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\t<li>\n\t\tI&#39;m not sure what the major story is here: That Eric Metaxas has finished a new book&mdash;<em class=\"citation\">Miracles<\/em>&mdash;or that veteran talk show host <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ericmetaxas.com\/blog\/my-new-book-is-finished-its-a-miracle\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Dick Cavett is guest-hosting<\/a> the next Socrates in the City event.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>\n\t\tWhat&#39;s in a sermon series title? <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redletterbelievers.com\/rumble-strips-side-road-keeps-straight\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Reading this short devotional<\/a>, I wondered what would happen if Andy Stanley&#39;s popular series <em>Guardrails <\/em>had been called <em>Rumble Strips<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>\n\t\tFor preachers, there is a difference between messages that exhort and <a href=\"http:\/\/talbotdavis.blogspot.ca\/2014\/06\/does-good-preaching-exhort-or-evoke.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">messages that evoke<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>\n\t\tHere are some questions to ask as you&#39;re sitting around the campfire: <a href=\"http:\/\/pleaseconvinceme.com\/2014\/can-we-sin-in-heaven\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Can we sin in heaven?<\/a> Also, <a href=\"http:\/\/pleaseconvinceme.com\/2014\/why-doesnt-god-need-a-creator\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Doesn&#39;t God need to have had a creator? <\/a>Or, you could just go in the cabin and play <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dutch_Blitz\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Dutch Blitz<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>\n\t\tDavid Fitch says <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reclaimingthemission.com\/?p=4468\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">you can&#39;t be missional and be multi-site<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>\n\t\tQuotation of the Week? &quot;&#8230; Prayer is like a shot of WD-40 into my brain. It unsticks things. It loosens things up.
