Perhaps this routine sounds familiar: You wake up, look in the mirror and scrutinize the dark, hollowed-out skin underneath your eyes. You look exhausted, despite having slept well. And maybe you look older than you are, too.<\/p>\n\n<p>According to the article, &ldquo;Dark circles are one of the most common skin complaints &hellip; Some skin care products can offer some benefits, but they may not live up to their brightening claims.&rdquo; The article concluded that most solutions for dark circles under our eyes aren&rsquo;t really solutions.<\/p>\n\n<p>Eye creams and serums that claim to improve dark circles can be expensive. And most haven&rsquo;t undergone any real intensive lab or clinical testing, so they&rsquo;re often ineffective. Because dark circles can have various causes&mdash;there is not always a one-size-fits-all solution for getting rid of them.<\/p>\n\n<p>But the best part of the article is tucked away in the reader comments section. Two women offered perhaps the best solution on the market&mdash;acceptance. Here&rsquo;s what Clare from DC wrote: &ldquo;I&#39;m 92. Nobody looks at me anyway.
