The poll of 2,000 Americans reveals that true comfort&mdash;feeling completely relaxed or at ease&mdash;can be hard to come by, as just 21% say they&rsquo;ve been able to reach this state.<\/p>\n\n<p>The survey also finds that the average American only feels comfortable for a third of the day&mdash;roughly eight hours.<\/p>\n\n<p>The survey reveals that more than anything else, taking a nap (47%) is the top way respondents find true comfort.
