Linda Miller

As a trainer and coach, Linda Miller believes that successful businesses are supported by strong internal dynamics. Linda helps organizations create a corporate climate that allows individuals to excel and teams to perform.

Linda's credentials make her a leader among corporate trainers and coaches. Holding two master's degrees, Linda worked for 12 years in the behavioral science field, specializing in building productive and collaborative relationships, typically dealing with major sources of conflict.

Today, Linda is known as an executive coach and trainer. Her clients include leaders and teams from Alltel, Boeing, Catapult, Deloitte and Touche, Delta Faucet, Disney, Duke Energy, KPMG, Microsoft, WD40, and the Career Resource Centers affiliated with the University of Washington and USC's MBA program, as well as professionals and nonprofit organizations.

Linda serves as director of coaching services with The Ken Blanchard Companies, where she oversees 60 professional business coaches and all coaching initiatives. She is a board member and founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation, and is a Certified Master Coach and Certified Mentor Coach. Until her move to Arizona in January 2001, Linda co-created and held a leadership position with the Puget Sound Coach Association.
