According to Andy Stanley, many church leaders believe that inspiring talks or powerful sermons change behaviors, but they don’t. We pour enormous amounts of energy into our preaching, creating “cool environments,” and giving our people the right information. But in the end systems, not content, is what creates behaviors and changes people.
