Top tracks: “Never Die Again,” “Sail Away,” “How Deep Is Your Love?”

These days, it’s acceptable to interpret art from a purely subjective perspective. The Rapture is not a Christian band, despite their latest album’s name, but their lyrics could easily be interpreted as Christian-themed. So even though they might not be singing and dancing about Christ, a Christian listener could take it that way. “Never Die Again” feels like disco-worship: “Your love is higher, shining from above / Lift me high and hold me there, safe and sound / Never gonna die again.” The rhythm is upbeat from start to finish, blending electronica, punk, and indie into a gleefully fun sound.
