Keaggy, one of Christian music’s most prolific recording artists with more than 50 solo albums, still sounds as fresh and innovated as he did in the 1970s when he was fronting Glass Harp. The title is a bit of a misnomer, as this project covers some of his concert favs, but was recorded in his home studio. There’s little reason to complain, though. Whether wailing on “Salvation Army Band,” reflectively strumming on the instrumental “Chalice,” or turning out a spot-on rendition of the Beatles’ “Here Comes the Sun,” Keaggy again proves why he is perennially listed as one of the world’s top guitarists.
